Split PDF
Turn one PDF into several smaller ones. Type in the exact ranges you want, split it into one file per page, or split it every few pages — whichever fits what you’re doing.

How to use Split PDF
- Choose the PDF you want to split.
- Pick how to split it: by page ranges, one file per page, or a new file every few pages.
- If you chose ranges, type them in, for example 1-3, 4-6, 7-end.
- Select Split PDF and download the result. More than one file comes back as a single zip.
Frequently asked questions
How do I write a page range?
Separate ranges with commas, and use a dash inside a range, for example 1-3, 5, 8-end. “end” means the last page of the document.
What if my ranges overlap?
That’s fine — overlapping or out-of-order ranges just produce separate files, each with the pages you asked for.
Can I split a scanned PDF?
Yes. Splitting just copies pages into new files, so it works the same whether the PDF has real text or is a scan.
Will I get one PDF back or several?
If your split produces more than one file, Karatasi packs them into a single zip so you only download one thing.
